Clean rooms and cold A/C! The gentleman at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. He upgraded us (free of charge) to one of their sister motels on our last night just because the entire first floor was booked with young kids coming down for Prom. I would definitely stay here again.
The management made our stay uncomfortable for the short time there. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but we're cut short by profiling. The management began to stalk us asking for each guest by name asking to speak with them in the office. There was about 2 families staying that night and were celebrating the VFW convention. There were other people staying up until 3am while we went to sleep at midnight. The next morning we were ignored for room service even though we passed the office several times and requested accommodations at the earliest staff convenience. Finally at 11A we are informed there were several complaints from the entire motel from noise. Conveniently when asked what families complained all of the families had "checked out". I would advise not to ever stay here for any type of vacation stay as the staff will watch you the entire time if there are at least 4 guests a room that meets the criteria. And to top off, there were bed bugs in one room AND they did not refund us the night we did not stay due to their own error. My guests and myself included are all going to complain to the Better business Bureau. I would also expect for a business to be able to communicate accordingly with their clientele.
Stayed here last year on short notice. Rooms are small but for the price you cant beat it. No pool but could use the one across the street. All the rooms were updated and very clean. Management was super nice. Deff a good place to stay for a short trip of a night or two.
Courteous staff.... Very close to the boardwalk.... Clean room! We enjoyed our stay.
The person at the from desk (Adrian) was very welcoming and hospitable. He was very accommodating and understanding throughout my stay. The location itself was also nice (not too far from the boardwalk/beach). Last but not least, the prices were fair.
