Show was great. Seafood special was not so special. Really not that hard to broil seafood, or I guess it is. The onion rings were huge but you couldn't even taste the onion. Very nice atmosphere but its in a hotel so you have guest walking through as your eating

We go to Wildwood a few times a year. This is the only place we will stay! Amazing resturant and bar inside! Cool relaxed tiki bar by the pool outside. Inside pool and hot tub definetly a good time!! Clean rooms! And it is One block from the Boardwalk!!

The staff and team at the Bolero are always welcoming and accommodating of all needs. The venue offers a great atmosphere for any event. They really do a lot for and with the community which means so much to myself and my family. Great place to stay, eat, and host events at.

My stay at the Bolero "Resort" in Wildwood, NJ has been the most unfortunate choice I've ever made. During Happy Hour, I went to one of their two bars to order food. When "greeted" I was told there is another bar outside, as if he didn't want to serve me. Once given the menu, I told him it was to-go and he informed me "we don't offer to-go items". Earlier, my younger nephew ordered something, so why couldn't I? Another customer service issue that made me feel unwanted, and to be honest, uncomfortable. Once explaining it was done earlier he said "well it shouldn't have been done, but I'll do it THIS ONE TIME". Cool, thanks. I ordered the items, and while he stood at the other end of the empty bar, eating with the other bartenders, I felt as if I didn't belong. As a manager in a customer service orientated environment, that is one of the worst feelings you can give someone and is not how I expect to be treated. This may not seem major in most patrons eyes, but the feeling I felt was unlike I've ever felt... so I had to share my story.

This Place looked so nice on the computer when I booked our family stay But was I so wrong! Checking in the people at the front deck was so rude. The rooms are so Outdated Stains all over the floors. Towels are Not soft. Beds are horrible & Pillows are flat . The elevator is very slow The hallways and elevator rinks like marijuana I told the front deck as I have little kids & they could careless! Wildwood police and fire trucks and ambulances at the hotel every single day sometimes three times a day For people fighting. The staff is very rude for the pull out couch in the living room there was only a sheet at check-in so I went to the front desk to ask for blankets and they told me that the housekeepers were already gone for the day they will let them know for the morning. If I didn't already pay up front for this place I would of walked out the min I checked in.. Please save yourself the headaches and aggravation and stay somewhere else..
