Had to go down and ask for toilet paper after I specifically asked the girl to clean my bathroom, which when I left 8 days later she still had not done. Office manager tried his best, but he is only one person. It was very quiet all week, probably because nobody wants to stay there, then on Friday I felt like I had just landed in the projects. There was a very large group come in and were screaming and running around and in the pool and hot tub area until 3:30 am. When we walked out of our rooms in the morning it looked like a bomb exploded garbage and towels all over the motel. They need to have more control over there customers. They need much more help!! and Need to rent to better clientele. They used to have a motel manager that rented to much better clientele and they fired her for treating the place as if it was her own. Maybe that is what they need. DISGUSTING. My father's room had a leak in the bathroom sink, every time he ran the hot water his bathroom floor flooded. He told the maintenance man. I can guarantee it will still be leaking next year. Very Sad watching such a nice place go down the tubes!! DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE ALL YOUR SHOTS!! HOT TUB LOOKS AND SMELLS LIKE A SESSPOOL!! OWNERS NEED TO SUPERVISE THEIR HELP MUCH CLOSER,
Rusty sink. Rings in shower and sink. Second day there they took our trash. We had to make the beds too! No sweeping. I grabbed the swifter off the cart and did it myself.

I've been going to Wildwood for 35+ years. Today (9-22-17) was by far the WORSE Case Ever ! It started with ringing the doorbell (3:00PM.) he unlocks the door and say YEAH, I should of walked at that point. I stated I was looking for a room for 2 nights and he said he had a room. I asked if I could see it. He gave me a key to room 305, I went and looked at it. I didn't see any AC unit. I did finally find it on the wall. (Central Air) He comes up and says what's going on, REALLY, what's going on. I said I couldn't find the AC, but then I did. (I actually have a video of that) we both go downstairs to the office I say I'll take it and then he SWITCHES ROOMS on me. He said it was the same. AFTER I Paid, he says I need your Drivers License, I hand it to him and it photo copy''s it, I ask him why and he states so he knows who's staying at the hotel. I ask why, you looked at it and it matches what I wrote, so you have my information, so why photo copy. Then I thought we were done and says I need 20 dollar key deposit, OK that's fine. I hand him a 50 and he's like I don't have change, I said I don't either. This male was a total JERKOFF. It's now 5:30 PM. 9-22-17. Your Truly, James Spagnoli.
This was one of the worst places I've stayed. Very dirty: toilet was not cleaned( had nastiness all over it), long dark hairs were embedded in the "fresh" towels and the comforters, Lamp was broken in back room, door deadbolt did not work. There was a sign to wash your own dishes but they did not provide soap. Whomever stayed before us used one of the bathroom bar soaps- I know this because they just left the used soap bar under the dish scrubby pad and I guess house keeping forgot to leave a clean scrub pad so the soap was still there. If I had to say anything positive it would be that the parking was good and the location was good as well. We usually stay in wildwood crest, this was our first time studying in wildwood because we booked last minute. We will definitely not come back to this establishment again.
We have been coming here for 17 years, this is the worst experience I have ever had. Definitely looking for a new MOTEL!! Cleaning girls did nothing but pull bed cover over sheets and think it was made and hand out a few towels. I used a white towel to clean the floor, it was BLACK when I was done. It was DISGUSTING.
