Mark Lambert does not care about his companies reputation. My parents had a terrible experience and Mark and his staff could not have cared less. I was heart broken to see my mother come home in tears from a trip that was supposed to be relaxing and fun. Never again.
BEWARE! This company does not like to pay invoices to companies whom they owe money to. In the words of Mark, and I quote, "I don't feel like we should have to pay this, and we are not going to". This poor customer service is also followed by Marks co-worker, Renee, who says she will do things like respond to emails or call their tour group guests back, and never does. I would NEVER let my parents or grandparents travel across America with a company that does not honor their word.
