The atmosphere was great. The wings (of which I ordered the "hot" variety) were very good and surprisingly hot. The service was very good and quick. The prices could be better, but a Yuengling for $3 on a beach is good enough for me.
There's no place like th Anglesea! Always my first stop for Irish Weekend and a fabulous place to watch the football games! The food is excellent and the service is outstanding!
Stopped in during Irish weekend. Extremely crowned but got exceptional fast service. Not bad for pub food!
Can’t believe the way we were treated tonight . Had a table to eat at and a few of us sitting at the bar . Ordered a ton of appetizers and drinks. The bartender was excellent . Our server was miserable from the start as if she was bothered to have a table . I️ won’t even go over the money we spent and tipped . We actually got asked to get up out of our table because she “ needed it “ we were in the middle of watching the Penn State game and actually got up and left because of how ignorant this was . When I was leaving we asked to speak to the manager who apparently was the bartender . He would tell you himself we were a good group of people. This is a disgrace being in the business for 13 years never would in my life had this happen . The owner needs to know who he has working for him .
Great atmosphere! Place was packed and hostess did an exceptional job handling all the people wanting to come off street and immediately sit. Server needs to smile more but that is usually mot the norm in this place. Will most definetly coming back. Prime Rib was one of the best i had on island and reasonably priced.
