Pretty decent place. Great for kids how ever the kick people out before closing time which means they shut the rides 10 minutes before closing and then. The manager argued with me over it!
Staff absolutely helpful and happy. It was my daughters birthday and went above n beyond to make sure they announced it throughout the park. Clean fun and not long lines. Affordable as well for 6 hours that we were there.
I was at the wildwoods for my daughters graduation vacation, and we loved it at Splash Zone, the staff was very polite and kind, if I could I would give 10 stars, we will be back.
We went to the flow bar and it was bad. Our waitress sits us and takes our drink requests. Keep in mind she sounded Russian so we tried to be as simple as possible. Instead of coke, she gave us some diet drinks but we said it was a mistake and it was fine. I'm in a group of 5 btw. She comes over takes ONE order then walks away. We tried to grab her attention but she kept walking away so we told another waitress. Our waitress walked over and said that she took our orders, when she didn't. She decided to take our order's and left. We looked around at the other 5 tables and everyone has their menus looking around for their waiters cause they haven't took their orders. And we were here probably long after these people. After a pretty long time we got our orders. Instead of ranch, we got sour cream. And instead of barbeque, we got mild sauce. Food wasn't great and neither was the service! We will never come here again!
I recently visited one of the bars for a beverage, and I met one of THE MOST brightest smiles and great customer service from a sweet girl named AMBER JOHNSON. She was Courteous, polite, and very conversational and above all fast. I was visiting some family and with 2 special needs kids i had to hurry. Whatever can be done for her to be recognized would be amazing!!!!!
