Absolutely amazing place! The rides here are amazing and are some of the best roller coasters I've went on. I've been going here for 20 years and I still can't get enough of the Nor'easter. Now that they actually fix the Nor'easter and it's not as bumpy it's actually a much better ride. With hundreds and hundreds of rides to choose from you can't really go wrong with an all day pass here.
I have been visiting Wildwood since 1991, and I have always loved them. But this was the first year bringing kids of my own to the Boardwalk, specifically the water parks. The lines can get a bit long, but nothing like you see at the major theme parks that dot the area. Also, I stupidly left my sunglasses on for a ride and they fell to the bottom of a pool. I inquired with the lifeguard who said to go to customer service. I was sort of disappointed since I could seem them about 2 feet from the lifeguard. I checked in with the customer service rep who said they would recover them and I should come back in about an hour. Sure enough, an hour later..she had them! I guess their system works! Anyway, great place. My only complaint was the food line in the waterpark. It was very slow and quite long with very little seating, much of which was directly in the sun. Other than that....highly recommend!

Lots of shops full of crappy cheap tourist stuff. Tried pizza in 3 different restaurants & they were all awful. They have a tram that runs the length of the boardwalk but the drivers were rude. And the tram runs quite a scam. A bracelet to ride from one end to the other (34 blocks) is $3. And you can get on & off as many times as you want anywhere along the way for no extra charge. And you need to purchase another bracelet to go back the other way. I don't have a problem with that. We rode the tram all the way down to see what all was there. And planned to ride it back the other way and stop at the places we were interested in. We got there about 3:30. But after 5 o'clock it all changes. No bracelets & it's $3 every time you get on the tram. 34 blocks is a long way to walk. But I did it. I refused to buy into it. We stopped & sat several times along the way back. And ate a few things along the way. I recommend the Crabby Fries. FABULOUS!
Love this place. Best boardwalk amusement park in New Jersey and the entire east coast. It has to be one of the best in the world! THREE huge piers with rides on each and water parks on two. Each pier has its own excellent roller coaster (Great Nor'easter, Sea Serpent, Great White), among a myriad of other excellent rides and attractions for adults and kids! Great spot for families.
Have been going here since I was a kid.
