Made the reservation on the phone and was told that if a 20' truck was available, it would be given to me. Arriving at the spot, Bob was irritable and rude. Asked if it was possible to take the 20' truck and explained what I was told over the phone. His response back was "NO!!! Don't have one." Told him if the one I seen was 20' and he said rudely that someone was going to pick it up. I understand that but the way he remarked back was very unprofessional and harsh. Because his customer service was so bad, I told him I wanted to cancel the reservation. He yelled back "FINE" and the other guy (I believe it was the mechanic) came into the room and kicked me out. Yelling "BYE." If you don't want a bad experience from uhaul don't pick up from wildwood location.
