This is probably one of the worst roller coasters I have ever been on. Incredibly rough and is sure to leave you with a headache. Wouldn't recommend riding more than once.
Overall, I recommend riding it twice, front and back, for a coaster credit (if you are an enthusiast like me) and just not riding it again. You are entitled to an opinion, however, and if you liked it, then that's fantastic, but I didn't like it as much as I thought I would.
It has definitely improved since the renovation, but it still isn't a very great ride. It's rather rough and jerky. If you follow the ride operator's instructions of keeping your head back, your neck will jerk around in the restraint, but if you lean your head forward, your head will occasionally slam onto the headrest like a judge slamming the gavel at Casey Anthony's trial. Note that this is from the FRONT ROW, and that rides are usually smoother around the front row. I'm actually surprised that they didn't call it "Ray Rice: The Ride" yet.
It was rather surprising to see that The Great Nor'easter was the smoothest in the back row. I still experienced some neckbanging (it has vest restraints instead of over-the-shoulder restraints), although it was way more bearable.
