Very nice jewelry store.
I needed to return to this store, due to a faulty battery issue with the Brighton Watch that I had purchased. While returning the watch, I notice a Brighton promotion, spend $75 and receive complimentary earrings. I had spent $105 on the watch itself in addition to purchasing 5 other Brighton products totaling $453.00. I asked for my inconvenience of having to come back to the store to have the watch fixed, and having to pay $15 to park to allow me take advantage of the promotion. The sales people said no to this request. I would not recommend anyone shopping at this store. My experience was terrible. I will never shop in this store again and will take my money over to Stone Harbor where the sales people are truly appreciative of my business.
My experience at this store was horrible. Myself and 2 others spent over $2,000 at this store, of which a sales person was in the middle of assisting me and was called away by the manager to assist her with a bank issue. I was was not pleased since I was in the middle of making several purchases decisions. I should have left then. When I brought attention to this, the manger was curt in her reply.
