Hey, about a phone number that actually allows you to talk to a person? I wanted to sign up for free legal consultation over the phone but their number is simply for a robot and purposely says "I'm having trouble understanding you" and hangs up on you if you say one God damn thing it doesn't understand.
Absolutey, the worst unemployment for the one stop career center!!!! I applied for finiancal aid for furthering my education and i was treated with no respect. I believe the people that work there just "go through the motions" of acting like they are getting you help. I went and got every piece of info they asked of me, went to every meeting, took the test,only to have one of their counslers misplace my paperwork, which caused me to miss the cut off date for a class. When I reported her to her supervisor, I was treated with nothing but an attitude when I went in and tried to applied for another class, I was greeted with a " O so your the one who got me written up and are causing all this trouble because I misplaced your paper work, I told you I was sorry I am only human mistakes happen". My advice is for anyone that goes and applied for schooling through the one stop career center is call and check on your paperwork, show up and ask alot of question make sure they are getting your stuff to where it needs to go in a timely matter raise hell and cause a rucus if you feel you are being ignored!!!!!! Its your future that depends on it.
