I went to this Urgent Care for the first time yesterday. It was truly a great experience, even though I felt lousy! The staff was really friendly,the office was neat and clean, and the doctor I saw (Dr. Hassell) was fabulous. He gave me my meds right there. I was able to make appointment on line, and I was in and out in no time. I have always heard good things about this Urgent Care, and now I know why.Thank you for all your help in making me feel better.!
I found the room a to be extremely clean. The staff is wonderful. Everyone did their best to help me. My wait time was minimal (about 10 minutes). The doctor was very helpful and explained things to me. I had some testing done and had immediate results. I recommend this facility.
This is the most efficient Urgent Care/ER I have ever been to and with 3 kids I've been a lot!. The waiting room was crowded at 9 am but we were done in 1 hour. Went for UTI and rather than waiting until we got into the room, they had containers in the restroom so the test results were complete before we saw the PA.
I was in there this morning for sciatica. The staff was friendly and courteous. The check in process was swift. Luckily they were not very busy. I waited for about 10 minutes to be put in an exam room. From there I was triaged and waited just one to two minutes for the "provider" to come see me. All in all I was treated and streeted in less than an hour and feel 80% better than when I walked in! (They're not God you know!) Thanks for a great experience.
Very helpful - I went in with a severe sore throat while on vacation. I was in and out within 90 minutes, having been diagnosed with strep, given a steroid dose, and handed a bottle of antibiotics during that time. I cannot swallow pills and they were able to work around that. They also gave me a follow-up phone call the next day to check on me. They also faxed my medical records to my PCP. Excellent, fast, professional service - I hope I never have to return but I highly recommend them if you need an urgent care!
Yesterday, my six year old son cut his finger pretty badly and needed stitches. So, we made a trip to the urgent care. The facility was immaculately clean. The front office staff was friendly, and incredibly profficient. We waited less than 10 minutes in the waiting room. My son and I were taken to a room with huge, brightly colored, tropical, fish on the wall. The nurse was so kind to my son and I. She made sure my son was comfortable, and turned on Nickelodeon for him to watch. Then, she offered my son a popsicle (which he gratefully accepted) and asked if she could get me a bottle of water to drink. We only waited about 10 more minutes for the PA to come into the room. He explained to my son EXACTLY what was going to happen (right down to the number of needle sticks he would feel, and how long the entire process would take). The PA did a beautiful job with the stitches. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Now, if you ask my son about his trip to the urgent care, he won't tell you anything about his stitches. What stood out to him was the kindness of the people who took care of him. THAT counts for a lot!
