Food is OK. Service? What service? It's hard to get good employees in Atlantic city.
This is a very busy place...they need more people to hustle, to have energy. The staff needs to be trained about mcafe rewards and how they can be redeemed. The bathroom needed attention. The person who stood in there with her cellphone and the cleaning supplies should have been cleaning...not texting.
The workers were almost extremely friendly. However I had to wait 25 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches and both the drinks I got (one I received after I complained) were super watered down and tasted nothing like it should. If u could rate lower than a one I would
Went to pick up some breakfast. Ordered the sausage egg muffin, got a ham egg muffin. Cold to boot. Coffee was terrible. COLD if I had wanted it that way I would have ordered an ice or a frappee. Asked for 1/2 and 1/2 and don't really think they knew what that meant. Will not come here again. If you are grabbing take out make sure to check your order before you leave it will save you a trip back in. While I was there someone else got what she didn't order. Not worth a trip there better off going somewhere else.
6/12/17 - I didn't get my Southwest salad chicken cut. They just warm it up and threw it in. It's like big slab of meat. They hire to many J1 students and these kids need to be trained. This McDonald's is going down. I'm going to Rio grande McDonald's tomorrow. At least my salad when they make is correct.
